Chayathorn Building

Chayathorn Building is a mixed-use building consisting of an office and residential areas. Its ground floor is the entrance lobby and car park; the next two floors are offices of an agricultural chemical products company; the rest are residential areas with a garden terrace on the fourth floor.


The building is a reinforced concrete structure; the office's facades are in polished black granite, white aluminum composite panels, satin stainless steel flat bars, and low-E glass with powder-coated aluminum frames; the residential's facades are in white aluminum composite panels, terra-cotta tiles, and satin stainless steel flat bars, and low-E glass with powder-coated aluminum frames; and interior materials are polished granite, homogeneous ceramic tiles, wood, and painted plaster.


The facades' mass composition, materials' combinations and patterns, and refined details give the building an elegant, formal, and modern character.
