Prasarnrajakit Residence

Prasarnrajakit Residence is a modern house on the bank of Impact Marina Lake of Muang Thong Thani in the north district of Bangkok. Its main areas are oriented to see the lake on the east and to have natural ventilation and natural light. The owners prefer to have a colorful building without exterior overhung sunshade elements.

The building is a reinforced concrete structure; exterior materials are homogeneous ceramic tiles, painted plaster, and transparent glass with powder-coated aluminum frames; interior materials are homogeneous ceramic tiles, wood, and white painted plaster.

The house's overall mass is a horizontal red-painted mass with a couple of vertical white-painted masses and white-painted protruding elements perching into it to make its composition more attractive and charming.
