The Kumpun Condominium

The Kumpun Condominium is a small residential building in a tourist district in Chiang Mai near Suthep mountain. All its units are one-bedroom types. Its recreation terrace and garden are on the roof deck level since it is the only level people can see Suthep mountain.

The building is a reinforced concrete structure; exterior materials are wood, painted plaster, and low-E glass with powder-coated aluminum frames; interior materials are northern-made earth-tone unglazed terra-cotta tiles, wood, and painted plaster.

Some parts of the building facades are clad in wood to give the building a warm character. Plant boxes are provided on all units' balconies for the residents to grow their plants and flowers to help give vivacity and livability to the building.
